I had a 10x10 here for awhile, and I actually was needing it for my business so coming and going was happening a lot. After being burned by another place nearby in Clarksville; valley storage really came through for me and here is how. First, they are not busy at all, and I never had high traffic while I visited my unit. Second, I never EVER had issues getting into the grounds and opening my actual unit. LASTLY, when I was behind on payments, or simply just unable to pay multiple times, they never hounded me about it and remained very professional and understanding! If I need storage again in the west/ south Clarksville area again, this is where I am going. Personal shout out to Brian on that lot and Jessica for their customer service attitude and kindness to me as I was moving out!

The rental process was extremely easy and completely online. It took me about 10 minutes to secure a unit and I received my access code immediately afterwards via email! I encountered an issue with the code the first time I visited but I chatted online with the support team and was able to gain access fairly quickly while parked at the gate! So far, I've been impressed with the level of customer service offered with this company compared to other storage facilities I've rented in the past.

Excellent and very helpful customer service. It took me a few days to finally get to my storage unit and everything was ready as promised. The lot was clean and easy to access.UPDATE 1-1-2024: my small 5 x 10 unit rented 3 years ago was $50/month, this year it's $75~/month plus $15 for contents ins. coverage. Too high, time to clear out sadly.

I ordered a 5x15 online for $64 per month (not counting insurance) with the first month being free. I had some questions about the invoice which I asked the office staff about. Brian and Jennifer were very pleasant and helpful. The invoice I was emailed didn't match the invoice on their end. The amount is the same but the itemized list is different, namely, my emailed invoice shows that I have paid them for insurance. I did need some help finding my unit since it was in the annex across the street. The unit I had ordered online was already rented, but Brian made it a breeze for me to switch to another available unit.

Great prices worth 3 stars. However, if you want all of your stuff to smell like mothballs this is the place to go. My mattresses still smell 2 months later. And I have to wash all of my blankets and clothes. 😭 Very disappointing.

Thank you so much for saving me! I was in a desperate situation. I Originally rented somewhere else and the day I went to move my stuff the other place was closed for the weekend due to lack of staff, and they didn’t even notify me knowing that was my move in date!!! I was desperate on a Saturday trying to find a rental last minute, as it was the only day I had to move it. All American storage was not only available to help me, but was kind and professional. They rented me a very clean climate controlled unit, way cheaper than the other guy! I am so glad I found this place and just in the Nick of time!! Thank you Alll American Storage!!!
