It was very easy to set up my usage. I appreciated that after I no longer had renters insurance I had insurance offered to me through valley storage. The gate always worked and I felt my stuff was safe.

Very well kept facility. The only gripe I have is I needed to use the restroom and it was so gross I was scared to use it. Reasonable rates though and nice people that work there.

I really liked Valley Storage. The facilities and staff were always great. But the area I moved my belongings to didn't have a Valley Storage facility. Otherwise, I would still keep using the company 🙂

The cleainess of the facility was nice. Hardly any traffic when loading and unloading stuff. However, not even a full year of renting from them. The rent increased $30 more! I am disappointed in the company not keeping their retention of good tenants. I would've recommended facility to others but not anymore sadly.

Had my RV parked at abbey rd for almost a year. Never had any issues and always a friendly staff that was willing to help out or answer any questions that you had. Only reason I left was because we moved or I would still be parked there. Thanks everyone for a great facility that's clean and safe to keep your belongings

I have had my fair share of terrible experiences when it comes to moving and storage units. The staff at Abbey Road Self-Storage including Mario was phenomenal. I love the fact that the facilities are cleaned, main-tainted and the staff are beyond respectful.

I was desperately seeking a storage unit, cost involvement, and all the other things moving creates. But I had the luck of the Irish when I walked into Abbey Road Storage on March 17th and met Leah to reserve a storage unit. Leah is fabulous! She asked me questions to get the right fit for my storage needs, my time slot, gave me a tour of the premises, detailed instruction on entering and exiting the location. Completely professional with a great sense of humor. The location is perfect. And the storage units are clean, well lit, easy access, secure and safe, and it offers dollies! The story doesn't end here. I miscalculated my junk and returned. If you are looking for a place to store your stuff, I highly recommend contracting with Leah at Abbey Road Self-Storage.

Wonderful storage unit. The facilities are extremely clean, bright, and well maintained. Reasonable prices, easy 24 hour access, and convenient dollies available for use. The climate controlled storage was always comfortable and temperature maintained. Amy in the office is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend using them for your self storage needs and will surely return in the future.

Ok, self storage isn't high on my list of dinner topics, but this place is doing everything right. Security cameras and fencing. 24 hour keypad access with two Gates. Clean and tight units. Super friendly office staff. And they are priced better than the other name brands.
