We have had storage at this facility about seven years and never had to show proof of insurance before it became Valley Storage. Then the rent went up and continues to climb. Michelle is the best. I hope you don't lose her, because she is the one that catches the complaints.

When renting our unit the attendant was very courteous, and informative about the policies and practices. When we moved our things out of the unit we were unable to inform the attendant we were doing so, but by her paying close attention to each unit ,and noticing our lock was missing, she reached out the next day to make sure we had removed it. That's what I call great customer service!!!
