Michelle called me after I put in my information for my storage building. She was extremely nice and helpful. As I was going through something traumatizing and all over the place she made it easy setting up my pin to get in. She also checked to see that I found my unit. I forgot a lock and she actually went and put one on for me. It's a very nice safe storage unit and Michelle that runs these units made me feel cared for went out of her way during my hard times to secure my stuff. There isn't many people left in this world like her. Also my storage container was super clean when I was moving my stuff in. Not like other units I've rented. I highly recommend this place.

Michelle Prevatte is the greatest professional ever in all the dealings I have had with her from day one almost two years as a customer. One of the main reasons I haven't really moved my items closer is because I really like knowing Michelle is there handling that property and I feel good about that. She really has a way of talking to you to make you feel better about things even the rate increases...lol But believe me if she ever leaves... eventually I will get my things! We have had storage at this facility about seven years and never had to show proof of insurance before it became Valley Storage. Then the rent went up and continues to climb. Michelle is the best. I hope you don't lose her, because she is the one that catches the complaints.

When renting our unit the attendant was very courteous, and informative about the policies and practices. When we moved our things out of the unit we were unable to inform the attendant we were doing so, but by her paying close attention to each unit ,and noticing our lock was missing, she reached out the next day to make sure we had removed it. That's what I call great customer service!!!
