Valley Storage Expands in North Carolina

Valley Storage has acquired an additional facility in Denver, North Carolina. Valley Storage now is the new owner of the Sure Safe location on NC-16. The facility will be re-branded to “Valley Storage” with new signage on the property as well as on their new website. The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with easy drive-up access. Valley Storage- Denver is over 80,000 square feet with just over 460 storage units, consisting of drive-up, temperature controlled and parking.

This is the first facility in North Carolina for the new owners. The facility is in the Lake Norman area. Todd and Tina Snook, are very happy to expand Valley Storage into the state. The Snooks already own 22 locations in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Todd says “We are looking forward to being able to expand into the North Carolina market, continuing our high standard of customer service in self-storage.”

The facility is now professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) in York, Pennsylvania; a full service self -storage property management and consulting company.
