Valley Storage Acquires Two New Self Storage Facilities in Shallotte, NC

Valley Storage continues it expansion in North Carolina with a recent purchase of two facilities. Valley Storage now is the new owner of two self-storage properties in Shallotte, NC. With this recent purchase of two Shallotte stores, Valley Storage has an additional 99, 600 square feet of rental space.

The newly acquired facilities are located at 230 Mulberry Street and 220 S Willis Drive. The properties will be re-branded to “Valley Storage” as new signage has been updated on the property as well as on their website. The website features the ability to rent and pay online along with the ability to find the perfect storage unit for the tenant’s needs.

With this acquisition Valley Storage now owns 30 locations in Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Todd Snook, owner of Valley Storage, comments “We are looking forward to increasing our presence in the North Carolina and bringing our high standard of customer service and community outreach to residents of Shallotte.”
