They rock the most! The staff is helpful , friendly, clean, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. Never a problem with access, gate is highly functional, and a great view of the south-end mini-quarry! Prices are super-reasonable.

I first learned about Valley Storage from a Google search. The storage options and location were exactly what I was looking for. After signing the lease online, I was contacted by the location manager where she filled me in on details I would need for using the facility. She mentioned the office carried locks, which I needed, and was able to purchase over the phone. She left the lock in my unit (nice touch), so I could save a trip. Overall great experience.

I have had the storage over 3 yrs..Never missed a payment..Once my lock was not on properly and they called or emailed to to let me know so I could fix it.Never a problem with mice... Service was always great..the only thing is talking to a real person is not always available its leave a message...Which is understandable sometimes..Other than that the renting was great..Thanks for keeping my memories safe i had inside.....Janet Kolb

Brianna was wonderful and kind and so very helpful! We made a 1000 mile trip to get here for our first stop. After arriving she did everything to make us feel comfortable, explained everything in detail and kept checking in on us to see if we needed assistance with anything. Also, informed us of tons of awesome local events coming up in the area and the best ones to hit. She’s amazing, the facility is very clean and we love the climate control set up, great prices. 5 stars! Recommend 100%!

Secure and clean storage facility. Provides your own personal unique code for access through locked gate. Payments are accepted in person, over the phone or online which is convenient. The month of my birthday I received a discount off my rent which was a nice surprise. Staff Brianna and Amber were always pleasant and willing to help. They even went above and beyond by offering cold water bottles and bathroom access in their office while I cleaned out my unit. If I need future storage, I definitely know where to come back to.

I desperately needed a storage unit during my move to West Virginia. I tried so many different companies and developments but they were all highly expensive and the workers weren't friendly at all. I almost gave up hope until I walked into Valley storage and the manager was super friendly. Amber immediately made me feel super comfortable and she was certainly helpful once I bought a unit from her store. I definitely recommend her store!
