Kristine has been awesome for me she did my signing up over the phone for which was a great help, and she even gave me the first month's rent free which is an even better help since I can't move in yet! Valley Storage was the first storage company I called when moving out of my apartment. The lady who took care of us and got us our storage was AMAZING. very helpful and quick in getting us settled. The storage unit itself was in great condition ! And we were able to fit all of our belongings in and had to leave nothing behind !

Never had a problem . Staff always helpful . Would use again when needed.Only complaint is the prices went up twice since using the unit. That’s the reason we moved everything out and along with not needing the junk I was holding onto

Great people they will work with u if u ever need them to as long as u keep ur word an communicate with them will return in future if needed. Had storage over 3 years with them they are the best storage around nothing like the others that only want to keep ur belongings to sell.... If u need a storage unit valley storage is the place to go. Also they have many different locations.

My late husband and I took out a storage unit several years ago. As time has gone by the monthly cost has gone up however the staff working at this area storage are great to deal with. I have never had an issue that could not be handled. Great staff and great place to store your personal items.

When our rates increased three times in a two-year period in nearby Harpers Ferry, we contacted Brandy at Valley Storage on Williamsport Pike where the location, rates, AND customer service were far superior. Even operating from out-of-state, Brandy was able to get us set up and into our new storage space quickly, with a no-hassles approach.Brandy’s easy going demeanor coupled with her professionalism made her a delight to work with. Never have had an issue contacting someone to help schedule a new unit or to correct an issue with my current unit. Staff is always friendly, always ready to help. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I needed a larger unit quickly and not only was one provided in a single day, it was also right across from the smaller unit, making the swap easy and convenient. I love the Valley Storage location at Williamsport Pike in Martinsburg. Every time I come I tend to take my time loading/unloading and I never get bothered. Brandy and the staff here are amazing!!! They always answer my questions and help me with billing changes/issues with the utmost respect and they’re always in a good mood. They are so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I may only come here to store my possessions, but I genuinely enjoy interacting with the staff here. You all do a wonderful job!!!

Enjoyed using Valley Storage most of the time. there were times during this past winter when we could not access our storage unit (716) because of excessive ice. Because the sun did not hit the front of our unit even when it was out we were unable to access it for a much longer time. It would have been nice if they had offered us something off for those times. We did report them to the office.

Very simple sign up process. The storage facility is well lit, well gated, and covered with security cameras which truly makes me feel more comfortable. The lanes are also very wide, wide enough for a truck and trailer which is great feature. Very great customer service!
