Very welcoming at the reception. I was looking for a gated place for my semi but the location that I went to only had space outside but the lady willingly sent me 2 miles away to another location. Both receptions were excellent. Thanks.

The manager is a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable young lady who is wonderful at her job. The facility overall is clean, well kept and secure. Overall I'm very well satisfied.

We parked our tow truck here for a couple months. We had an excellent experience! Great customer service, location, and access. The only thing taht is that you don't have 24 hours access. Right now it didn't affected us, but it may have affected us in the future if we needed the tow truck in the middle of the night. Anyways, thanks for everything you do!!

We spoke to Valley Storage rep for a specific size vehicle unit. They did not have an opening at that location but did a search on a sister location which had a space that met our needs.Even better is is within 7 miles of our home. Team work and dedicated personnel met our needs.

I'd like to start by saying that I had rented a unit from them for only a few days. I needed to remove my items from my previous home. And needed to put them into a storage unit as I am now homeless. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was unable to aquire the help I had lined up. And needed badly. I rented the unit and was supposed to have a ride to a uhaul office as I lost my vehicle a few weeks prior. My ride backed out. I was unable to rent a uhaul and unable to retrieve belongings of mine and my children. I emailed the office, I didn't know how long my lease was supposed to last or what I could do if anything to cancel the unit as I ended up not being able to use it at all. An excellent and very respectful employee Sherry, was very pleasant and was able to help me. She was very responsive and even apologized to me for things not working out as planned. I cannot thank her enough. I am very grateful for her help. And her kind words in one of my worst times. She really doesn't have any idea how much that meant to me. I am forever grateful and thankful to have been able to reach someone so caring. Thank you.

Rented a unit today from them. Sarah the girl I worked with was very sharp with her knowledge on every question I asked, super polite and sweet. Units were a little older but its gets the job done it is gated with 24 hour surveillance.

So far, so good. Sherryl is very friendly. Had a special to start out for 1 dollar. 11 dollars is their insurance fee, but renters or homeowners ins. may cover your unit. Camera on the entrance. Will update a few months in of any problems arise.Update: no problems, had a great experience! They even honored the move in special when we had to take our stuff out of storage when our home sale fell through, and then back in when we finally sold. Best price in the area.
