I have never had any issues at this facility. The front office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I had 2 separate units for almost an entire year and I’ve never had any issues. I was able to drop one of the units so I only have the 1 but I highly recommend using this facility. I never felt that my belongings were unsafe there and the peace of mind was worth the cost. Very fairly priced.

The people in the office were very nice and informative. Easy in, easy out !!! If you need anything for packing, they have it, including a lock that comes with backup insurance against most anything that could happen after you lock your door.

The employees at the Thornburg VA Valley Storage are extremely helpful and friendly. On my first visit to the facility, we had a snafu with gate access. The lady on duty had it cleared up before we could unload our trailer, and even brought us waters on a very hot July afternoon.
