My stuff was in storage with Valley Storage for about a year and nothing was damaged or worn, even though my unit was not climate-controlled. The facility is easy to access and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was not thrilled about the price increase that took place partway through my rental period, but business is business. I would have preferred a climate-controlled unit, but all of those units were occupied. Overall, I had a good experience.

I've had my unit for over 15 years. Threw the years this place has been upgraded and updated. It very nice and secure and rodent control. Yes. The price was low at first but with the upgrades that were made to the place. So has the price.

It was very easy to rent a storage unit online. It was quick and convenient and I was very happy. The online descriptions of what you can fit in the unit so you have an idea of what type of unit you will most benefit from was also very helpful. I also liked the affordable monthly protection plans and the ranges.

Valley storage is ran very well. I manage to get a storage unit by just calling and I spoke to a lovely lady that was extremely helpful. She told me about the different units, what was available and explained the whole process for bringing your things to the storage unit. I will only use Valley Storage in the future.

I have rented at a lot of storage facilities over the years and can honestly say that the Valley Storage facility in Lexington VA is the best of them all.This fenced/gated facility is not only clean, the space between units was large enough to get my Ram 3500 and a 6x12 trailer in, around, and through without issue.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

The management at this location go above and beyond. Bethany and Christy are excellent at customer service and will go out of their way to accommodate you and help you in every way possible. I've had a unit there for 5 years and they are both so excellent and professional that I recommend them to everyone I know. The property is excellently maintained and clean and secure. I recommend everyone use the Lexington Valley Storage for any of their storage needs. They're the best!

Bethany was so professional, polite, kind and helpful in seeing me through the process of obtaining our unit. I also very much appreciate the security monitoring at Valley Storage. During our trips there to unload over several hours, we did not lock the unit and Christy was right on it. She gave me a call to be sure we did not forget to secure the door. The facility is clean, neat, well lit at night, and altogether squared away. I am glad to be using Valley Storage for our storage needs.

I will defiantly give Valley Storage my top rating. They meet or exceed all of my storage needs, and as a bonus the usually have someone onsite from 9-5. I rent from 4-5 different storage facilities from across Virginia to WV and this is the only one that actually has someone on site. Which means they have an actual person answer the phone and not an answering service or voicemail. Which means they will call you back ( if you're lucky ) on their time.

Bethany and Christy were both so great to work with while we were scrambling to get our son across the country and his stuff meeded to be in storage for 5.5 months when COVID 19 unexpectedly hit!! They kept us updated on conditions of our vehicle being stored there as well. They went above and beyond what you would expect any storage place to do!! We very highly recommend Valley Storage!! I recently ended my rental with Valley Storage and can't say enough nice thins about working with group. I had to rent due to an estate dispute and they were very easy to work with around my dates of ending my lease and then having to continue a lease because of court dates not coming through. If I ever need this type of service again, they will be first on my list to call.
