Karl was wonderful and handled my registration over the phone for me to make it easier since I am disabled. I have a difficult time speaking over the phone because of my disability and Karl was patient and non- judgmental, and he also allowed me in internet special rate as well.The unit was clean and secure, and conveniently located.I would highly recommend Valley Storage

Honestly check in was super easy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole storage area was very clean and up to par. And it was extremely easy to find my unit. I have been impressed so far with the company and will definitely be telling my friends and family about this storage unit option.

Thank you for providing a clean, safe space where I could store items after downsizing a household. For the past 2 years, I rented a 5x12 unit. I had peace of mind, knowing my belongings were safe which was a tremendous relief! This place is great! The units are clean and fairly priced. One thing I do miss about this location is the self-serve kiosk that the old building owners had. You could rent units and buy locks after hours, but no longer. Not a big deal overall.

I rented a unit online. The site was straightforward and easy to follow. When I got to the facility, there was an issue with the gate code but it was resolved quickly - and the manager even called me on Sunday when the facility was closed to get the issue resolved that day. This was a huge relief, as I am trying to move and needed a place to quickly store belongings I needed out of the house. Great experience overall and glad I picked Valley.

I lease my first storage unit online. The process was very easy and much appreciated for a busy mom. I loaded up a uhaul and showed up to the location. I had some troubles with the access code and had to call the customer service line who ultimately got me in contact with the property manager. Both the representative and the property manager at the Strongsville location were very nice and incredibly helpful! I thought I was going to have to keep the uhaul until Monday (I called on Sunday)! The facility was very clean and there was a dolly and cart readily available which was amazing because it cut down the amount of trips we had to take from the uhaul to the unit. The unit was very spacious and I appreciate that it’s climate controlled since I have very sentimental pictures and other documents that shouldn’t be exposed to the weather. I’m grateful to Valley storage!

We had been a prior customer of another indoor storage facility and were frustrated with the continuous increases. We understand that the rent is never going to go down but the frequency and the amount of the increases were getting out of control. This facility is even closer to our home, very nice and clean, and you can rent a unit and handle most everything through their kiosk. We had the occasion to meet the owner when we were leasing our unit and he was very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend!

We found Secure Indoor Storage recently and immediately moved our belongings from our existing unit at an outdoor facility to one of their units. After having to dig through drifts of snow as high as the door, we were thrilled to find this wonderful facility that was warm and dry and even had access to a restroom! It is so much nicer than other facilities. The owners are great and there are cameras everywhere for security. We don't worry about our belongings at all. It's also a very attractive facility that is brand new and very clean.

Before making my decision to rent with Secure Indoor Storage I shopped around and couldn't find a place that could come close to what Secure Indoor Storage offers. The units are clean as well as the entire building and restrooms. The owners Kevin and Marissa McNulty are very helpful and go out of their way to help in any manner possible. I wouldn't rent anywhere else and I recommend that if your looking for a storage unit make this your first and last stop.
