We started out with a 10 by 20, then moved to a 6 by 12 and then finally a 5 by 5 as we pared down our stuff. Cindy W. Was extremely helpful each time we downsized. Very clean and easy to go in and out of the facility. Wonderful experience!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The storage units are clean and everything seems well kept. What was most confusing was the required insurance vs the price quoted on the website. I didn’t like finding that out AFTER I already purchased a space that the insurance was an additional $11 AND required. It’s a shady business practice that makes me immediately distrust the company.

It was so easy to book my appointment online then when I arrived Sue (I think that’s right) was so friendly and kind. She showed me the unit then back to the office to sign the paperwork. She couldn’t have made it easier! She gave A+ customer service! It was a great experience!

I met the most loveliest and welcoming person today by the name of Cindy, when I arrived to view and secure a unit that I had reserved two days prior. The grounds, office area, and unit that was rented were immaculate. Without a doubt one of the best kept and well managed storage facilities that I've had the pleasure of renting from in a very long time.Thank you Cindy for making my day.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I went to the office to ask some questions, they were so helpful, all my questions were answered. It was easy to set everything up. The unit is clean and dry. The lot is well lit and in a safe location and the prices are great!

I would highly recommend Valley Storage on Hossler Rd in North Canton for storage needs. It is a secure facility with good hours for accessibility. I was leary about storing my items but the unit was clean dry and rodent free . I was very pleased with my two year storage experience .

Great management and support! Working with Alan initially then briefly with Tom and most recently Tim assisting my transfer to another more suitable unit - every interaction was Positive, solution driven and very courteous/professional!Nice Valley has remained a "people" interactive business when so many have gone to ridiculous automation - nothing but problems for tenants. Smooth process getting set up and amending needs as circumstances change. Clean, well kept units with easy, secure access and security. Best rates by far for options available. Thank you!!

I wanted to take a minute to recognize Tim Debos at the North Canton location. My mother passed away in November and we didn't realize she had a storage unit or that it was behind on rent. He knew something was wrong as she always paid on time. He found her obituary and saw my name as her daughter, and where she had passed. He contacted the hospice center and was able to obtain my phone number, to which I was beyond grateful that he went above and beyond to find me and let me know the situation. He was extremely professional, kind, and compassionate. He let me know the options for acquiring her belongings and kept in contact with me regularly. After I had decided it was in my best interest to allow it to go to auction, he was good-hearted enough to let the winners of the auction know that there may be family photos in the unit. They later dropped off the photos. Our family is so grateful for having them, as that would not have happened without him. He quite literally helped me through an arduous time, and I am so happy to know there are still extraordinary, caring, competent people representing a business in today's world. I will highly recommend Valley Storage to anyone in the future. Tim is an incredible face for your company. Thank you
