EDIT: Since they asked for specifics, this is an outdoor only storage facility that is overpriced compared to market rates. I’ve used them twice, the units all have a pest problem. 1 unit had bees so I had my unit transferred the other two units I’ve had here each had crazy spider issues. If you’re storing anything important here make sure it’s for outdoors only. Better options exist and are cheaper. The true benefit here is its location and the staff is nice. Otherwise it’d be a 1-star review.

Staff at the facility are always so helpful. The storage facility’s processes of entry, storage, and exit of facility were definitely designed with ease of access and security in mind. One unit was utilized for 3 years and . Items were dry and as clean as the first day stored. I will use the facility again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have rented a unit for the past 2 years. These units are clean and very secure. I know there are other places that may be cheaper because I've looked. Stopped by on a Saturday after hours. The staff member was nice enough to open the door and let me in to help me out. She took time out of her day to get me a unit when she could have told me come back during business hours. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

I am so happy I was recommended this location! Cindy and Ashley are awesome! I met with Ashley before I moved stuff in just to check out the location to see how difficult it would be to drive a trailer around (super easy, no backing up required anywhere and it's all paved). Then when I brought my first load, I checked in and signed paperwork with Cindy who is such a sweetheart! She's so knowledgeable and helpful! It makes me happy to know that they are there most of the day to keep an eye on everything and also answer any question I may have. Cindy has also been super responsive to anything sent via email or phone. The unit was clean and the location feels very secure. It's next to the state highway patrol building with very easy access to the highway and the truck stop across the street. I cannot recommend this location and these ladies enough!! They are fabulous! I'm highly recommend this location and these employees to anyone looking to rent a unit.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The storage units are clean and everything seems well kept. What was most confusing was the required insurance vs the price quoted on the website. I didn’t like finding that out AFTER I already purchased a space that the insurance was an additional $11 AND required. It’s a shady business practice that makes me immediately distrust the company.
