It was a very simple process! The mobile version to rent a unit was a little buggy and not the most user friendly but we still made it happen all same day and on our way to the unit.Pricing was not bad. The unit was very clean and spacious. Overall, a great experience! 😁

When I first arrived, my access code was not working to get through the gate. Coincidentally someone pulled in just a few minutes later and she informed me she did work there and asked how she could help. She fixed my code and drove around to my unit before leaving to make sure I got in ok and was very friendly! I appreciated her for doing that

I thought that your representative, Drew, did an outstanding job in explaining the Rental Agreement very thoroughly. He addressed all items in the agreement and always asked if I understood each part.I was very confident with my decision to enter into renting a storage unit. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely helpful. The cost is pretty good. My only complaint is the 10x10 unit measures around 9 foot 6 on the inside. This could be a real problem for people storing some longer stuff expecting a full 10 feet.

Ive been more than happy with the services Valley Storage Provides me while keeping my personal items safe. Olivia, the store manager has always gone out of her way to remind me of payments so i dont have late fees and has also offered to process my payments so i dont have to go online and do it myself. Excellent customer service!! It was my first time renting a storage unit but she took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through the whole process. The units were a 10 on the cleanliness and upkeep. And they’re basic insurance coverage is all you could need at a decent price. Highly recommend!!

Candis was absolutely wonderful! We were packing up our home and loading up most of our belongings from our storage unit the day after we were hit hard from a hurricane. She made a very stressful, hard day so much more tolerable and help bring a smile or two to some very exhausted souls. She even went the extra mile to help us switch to a smaller unit for what we had left. I highly recommend storing your belongings here.

This is a great place for your storage space. The staff is so very nice and helpful. You will not find a better place. It is safe and secure. Very good access to your unit and availability to it. Just make a call to the office you will be sold on the place.
