Sad to have to go this way….. I have been with Valley Storage for 8 years and they have always worked, respected and understood my situation. They will go above and beyond to make sure your belongings are exactly how you stored them and I will miss what I’ve established with Myrtle, Katijo and Jessica. Each time I had a concern they made sure they answered it accordingly and when unfortunately having to come to NC to clean out my mothers estate unit they worked with me as they knew I was there temporarily. Also, shoutout to Mr. John who to the liberty to give us an extra hand with loading and junking our stuff. We were on scarce time and it mean’t a lot for him to meet with my family and I to assist with getting the ball rolling. If ever y’all need a junker speak with Jessica and she’ll direct you to where you need to go. Thank y’all so much for everything.

No problems in getting a unit to fit exactly what I needed.The staff are nice and helpful. I really like talking with Mrs. Myrtle. She is a very pleasant lady. She listened about my RV travels, as she once traveled too. We shared about loosing our furbabies. She is a very compassionate person. Not only did I feel my belongings were safe there, I felt like the staff were a part of my family. Blessings for Mrs Myrtle. She's a good person. Customer service is a BIG part of business, and you got that at Valley Storage.

Love the facility staff is Wonderful and very helpful. Kept clean and they are understanding of the time and work required to clean out your units. The only downside to this facility is no matter if you have a code to enter the gate your access to your belongings is limited due to a time fact code and gate only operates during curtain hours.

It was a very hectic day and I couldn't get there until 5pm. I was called back asap and they were open until 5:30 so fantastic news. The admin dude went very smoothly and, I think her name is Myrtle, was so engaging and helped guide me to my unit. Outstanding service.

I had visited/considered four different storage unit businesses prior to going to Valley Storage. Different circumstances prevented me from actually using the other SU services. Until I decided to give it a deeper thought into what was more convenient to me. Among those criterias, I thought about how easy or difficult would be to approach the storage unit with a trailer full of belongings, meaning having a major road in front of the business would make it more difficult. Which is not the case with Valley. This and many other things pointed me to Valley Storage. Last but not least, Ms. Jessica was very professional and super attentive to my needs. I recommend it 100%. I could have given more details, but I was afraid I would run out of allowed characters. The bottom line is that I give them five stars!!!

My daughter left her lock off of one of her storage unit and we received a call immediately during their unit checks. The specials are great when you receive a month free because time sure does fly when your in the process of needing temporary storage. Some how 2 months easily can turn into 3 or 4.

We have storaged our things at Valley for many years. We even move up in the size of our unit. The staff that we have known through the years have always been friendly & helpful. This storage facility has always been kept clean & a nice appearance. We are sorry that we are leaving but the management has priced us right out of here. I know that everything is going up but that is ridiculous to charge that much for a unit that is not even climate control. That is just greed & I hope corporate will pay some day for making it so hard on the little guy.

Have been at your facility for about 12 years. We are full time RVers. When we visited our storage unit, all our belongings were always at a good temperature and dry. We have permanently moved to Florida and we wanted our things close to us. I would have probably kept renting from you but the monthly rates have increased so much over the years, we decided to purchase a trailer for storage and we will move critical things to our air conditioned shed on our property.
