We decided to downsize our unit from 10x20 to 10x15, both at the Ocean Isle, NC location. The manager, Olivia, was very helpful in getting the paperwork done. During the move, she and her assistant were very kind, offering us water and usage of the office bathroom. Our move was done over a 3-day period. They directed us to a room where they had equipment which tenants can use to assist in their move. They have a rolling platform that can help you move a triple dresser and other large pieces of furniture.We really appreciated the help that the manager and assistant gave us in a difficult move between units. We definitely recommend this storage facility!

My experience with Valley Storage was great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Olivia was extremely helpful and kind when I called needing to move ASAP out of a current storage unit that I was in, into a new one. The day I called I was able to get all set up over phone and into a new unit the same day. When I no longer needed the unit I was renting, again Olivia was so helpful and assisted me with what needed to be done. Price also played a big role in my leaving the other storage unit and switching to Valley Storage. Thank you again Olivia and Valley Storage.

The process was super easy and upon checking in, I was shown to my storage unit and able to unpack my things the same day. I live in a travel van and needed a place to store things I didn’t need on a daily basis. I had a ton of space for my personal items and it wasn’t far from my parents home at the time.
