After calling a couple of places that did not have units, I called Valley Storage on Hickory St in Mount Airy. The representative on the phone was very professional and pleasant and let me know they had units available. She also said that she would get us a couple of options to look at. When we arrived she explained everything in detail.We were moving my wife's sister's belongings from her house that had recently passed. She was sympathy and made a very difficult process a lot easier. We would definitely recommend Valley Storage. Your employees are a huge asset.

We found Valley Storage by driving around and seeing the units from the road. It was a Saturday and we took a chance to see if they were open. Lucky for us they were. You couldn't ask for more. They had the perfect size unit for my needs and they took the time to personally show it to me. Every action they took was with me, the customer, in mind. A lot of places could learn from them. Don't waste your time go to Valley Storage first.

I needed a storage unit and a trailer slot. I am not from the area , but had an accident while traveling. They took great care of me, helping me getting a storage unit and having a slot for my trailer, while waiting on the insurance company. The lady in the office was awesome and super helpful and made my bad day so much better by being friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly helpful during this cross country move and even allowed us to leave the moving truck next to our unit since we arrived late at night. The paperwork signing was seamless and setting up auto-draft made it all efficient. Tammy is fantastic to work with and will get you squared away quickly. If you ever need storage in Mt. Good storage place. We have had our camper stored there for years. It would be really nice to have gravel put down under the shelter where we have our camper parked. The 5th wheel and RV shelter really needs gravel. Lights under the shelter would be nice to have when you go put your camper up after dark. For the price that we pay a month, these things should be done.
