I went in seen the nice lady at counter she was so polite and helpful she rented me the unit 10×20 and sold me a nice lock for the door she treated me so nice like she knew me for years and I only met her when I walked in the door for first time ever your company is lucky to have this lady working for you that's for sure I would like to say thank you once again for such wonderful service

Rats got in my storage unit, which could be from another one… the price kept going up each year from previous owner, can’t really fault valley storage on that one… but I no longer need the storage unit. Got too expensive when it pretty much the same as me RTO a shed at my house.

The girls that helped me was exceptionally friendly . They listened to my gripe about another company that did me wrong, and placed me in a unit the same size as I needed. Not the price I was getting over there, but I guess you can't have everything. Well pleased so far.

I was actually in a crisis needing a quick storage unit, June 29 and arrive just a few minutes before closing trying not to panic.I received the most professional, friendly care and help than I have ever received anywhere in my whole life; it felt so good to be treated like that especially after spending all day packing my previous unit where apparently the climate control was not working all day and the manager was extremely rude and said corporate would not me any co side ration or accomadtion for being a Senior citizen , with the use of not one arm due to needing a reverse shoulder replacement due to osteoarthritis, (retired lpn who way overdid it working frontline during Covid but n an Alzheimer’s unit during Covid, and still made over 70 k with one arm back then.)I literally could not pull ramp down on-rental truck and had to chunk everything in with rt arm, all day, (can’t lift over 10 lbs,) and though I can still hold my own and been told I can get more done with arm than most people can with two… that day; I was on the verge of a heatstroke and in considerable pain.The niceness alone almost made me cry out of sheer gratitude and re-energized and restored my faith in mankind when I greatly needed it. Thank you!

I walked in I asked about the difference sizes I was impressed by how much she new about each one and the right one l need for my furniture and boxes and she answered my questions. Lakota asked me about items I might need for my big move and I purchased 5 items and got a great discount, she knew all about the items I need for my move I was so impressed. I went to 3 other storage facilities and they were full. I would highly recommend Valley Storage to friends and family, thank you so much for a great experience.
