Tracey Eldridge was so professional and knowledgable about every aspect of the company, the size that made the most sense for me to rent and explained the process extremely well. This was my first time renting a storage unit and had no idea what to expect. But Tracey made the entire transaction easy and clear for me. The units were great, facility and office very nice and clean and organized. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent a unit.

Friendly & helpful staff. It didn’t take long to sign up for the right size unit, get the keys and I was ready to go. The facility looked well kept and has security monitors throughout. A bonus was an unexpected discount on the monthly fee. Very much appreciated.

Nice enough facility. Baked in price increases can get out of hand quickly and the constant need to provide updated insurance and registration paperwork when there are no changes to report is tiresome.

Everyone I have worked with has been very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Very Clean! I never worried about mice or bugs; there wasn’t trash all over the place, no weeds in the pavement, and the climate control area was always on and appropriate… I was never sweating in the summer when I had to go into my unit and never cold during the winter.

We rented a camper spot for a few months. Decent service but they off and on asked for more paperwork after initial rental. I found that odd. They did let us move to new spot that we preferred.

The location was convenient to our home address. We had several close deaths in our family with the last 18 months (both of my parents and a son) and experienced extra ordinary expenses. Check-in process was simple and straight-forward. When I arrived on move-in day my gate code was not working correctly, but Joyce took car of that quickly after allowing us to enter. My only issue is that there is not lighting inside the storage unit, but no major deal. So far very pleased.

Joyce over sees everything, and not only does she set a welcome tone to her customers, but she goes out of her way until she knows they are satisfied in every way. I also had the pleasure of meeting Troy, again what a pleasure. He again does an excellent job.Joyce , and Troy are such an asset to the owner / owners of this company. What a great place for storage. Joyce was super friendly and very knowledgeable! It was a very easy process getting everything set up. The storage locker was very clean and even had a little welcome packet inside of it! I would highly recommend this place if you are needing storage!

I came to Valley Storage looking for a unit and I met Joyce and she was and still is AMAZING!!! I wanted to use them but from a business stand point it made more sense to use Public Storage. So I went...And HATED it. The facility was not as good as Valley Storage. The staff didn’t seem to care and getting onsite was much more of a challenge since the driveway to the storage units is shared with another company. So...I came back and Joyce welcomed my business with open arms. Now we laugh about the experience.Needless to say...if you are like me and are caught in the middle. Use Valley Storage and ask for Joyce and tell her Leo sent you. She will take good care of you.

I was not too happy about a 40% price increase after 8 months. After posting a one star review Joyce reached out to me and we ended up agreeing on a 12% increase. Otherwise, the facility seems pretty clean and secure. They also recently replaced a cart that was difficult to maneuver, it is nice to see that there actually care about fixing/replacing things.
