The on-site staff was always professional and friendly. They worked with me through many unique problems during an overseas deployment of almost 10 years that included COVID and the deaths of my parents when I was unable to physically return. They were accommodating, communicated clearly, and willing to flex with the situations as they arose. I felt they were genuine people who were looking out for me. You don't see that kind of professionalism-meets-authentic-care very often and it was a huge comfort knowing they actually and legitimately cared about me and my family. // The phone staff were also friendly and professional and willing to work with me to answer questions and solve problems.
