The lovely women at the front desk walked me through my options and couldn’t have been more helpful. She get 5 stars. I’ve been at this storage unit for just over a year. I amSo sad that they are going remote so no personal front desk help. I am moving all my stuff to another storage facility so I have someone I can reach out to for help.

I recently moved to Ohio from Michigan. I rented two storage units, along with a trailer spot. I recently unloaded the trailer, and then proceeded to load the two storage units up on the trailer and take them to our new home. Helen was very helpful and informative. My entire experience using Valley storage was nothing but pleasant, considering the stress of the move. Horrible customer service. Made reservation for units and they lost the reservation and offered nothing to make up for THEIR Error. Would never go here or recommend anyone to go here. Also the customer service agent was snotty and horrible to work with.
