The first unit that I was in didn’t have the heat turned on right away which resulted in my water pump to get frozen and now I have a leak in my line. The customer service promptly moved me to a new unit the next day because of this issue. The unit is nice.

I stopped in based on a Google search months ago, because I was looking for an enclosed storage where I could do some interior work in my converted Sprinter van. It will not fit through normal storage cube roll up doors. Valley has units with oversized doors, but they all have waitlists.(business opportunity!!). Michelle took my name and when a space opened up, she got me in right away. Michelle is delightful and helpful — very customer-centric. I could not be more pleased.

Michelle at the Lorain Rd North Ridgeville location was a delight to work with. She couldn't have been more accommodating and cheerfully addressed all my needs. It was a very nice for a storage place. But better having a flat cart to help move some stuff and a big bay door to get a uhaul up closer to our storage unit was a big added bonus. I know where I'm going if I need to store my stuff again

I recently moved from CubeSmart to this facility after renting with CubeSmart for over three years. I have an indoor unit, which I use primarily for business.Valley has recently opened new or renovated indoor units that are priced exceedingly competitively with other area storage places. The facilities are kept clean and temperature controlled, and all maintenance is done in a timely manner.Usually there are two staff members in the office during business hours. I have had the pleasure of resolving two fairly complicated issues that were because of a previous rental that was unrelated to this location with the on-site staff. Staff was timely, helpful, and above all, honest in providing resolution.I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking an affordable and well-serviced storage solution in the North Ridgeville area.

Nice clean facility. The units are dry, no leaking of rain, no mold or mildew issues. You can access your unit anytime if its outside, and its well lit. I would definitely use Valley Storage again, should the need arise.
