Easy check-in, easy checkout. Clean and free of any dust. Drive up spot was convenient and simple to load and unload the unit. Price was fair and with a discounted first month it was actually a great price for the three months that I rented the unit.

It was very easy very convenient. The price is right they provide locks for you for your unit. You can’t complain. You can either go there or do it online to sign up for a unit one of the best experiences I’ve ever had renting at the storage unit.

The instructional signage for new renters appears to be totally inaccurate. When I got to my unit it was closed with a wire clip through the lock holes. I took the clip off and observed a brand new, quality lock at the back of the unit. Great I thought. I opened it up and the lock was too thick to go through one of the hasp holes. It would fit in one, but not the other. So I had to shut the door, drive ten miles back to my home, leaving my property in the unit unprotected, and get a lock that I had at my home.I have never rented a storage unit before, so I was glad to see the posted instructions for new renters. I was disappointed that they made no sense for these units. I was happy to see the unit stocked with a lock. I was disappointed that it would not work.

A follow up from my last review: I was disappointed with the website and the time it was taking to load. Today, I received a call from Eric, the GM. I was very surprised to receive a follow up call to see what was wrong. Eric was concerned and wanted to make it right. He asked all the right questions and assured me the issue would be looked into.I had a question about our storage unit and he was able to answer my questions and directed to the nearest office if needed.I was genuinely happy and impressed to receive a call from Eric. It shows that this company cares about their clients and great customer service. Not only that, the storage unit was very clean and easy to access. The space is perfect for what I need it for. I recommend this place to anyone.

The storage unit is great. It is always dry. The only thing I have a bit of a problem with is trying to pay my bill over the phone. The automated system keeps having problems finding my account and then always having to enter my card info because it doesn’t store it but when I call my info is stored. The other thing is I really believe that the locations should all have a specific name so when I call the person can find my unit much easier. It seems to take a lot more time than necessary to locate my account.
