I've had Valley Storage for the last 12 years on and off. Pricing goes up a little every year but the condition on the storage bins never get any better. I do like how it's a secured location. Wish it had a little more light at night.

On Jan 6th I was in desperate need to find a storage bin for my new Camaro- snow was about to fall within in the hour and I need to get something fast. I did a google search for the closest storage location in my area and found Valley Storage in Williamsport Md within a 2 miles of my house - when I arrived You could immediately tell this was first class storage location that was secure to the max, and very clean- most of all the service was PHENOMENAL by the site manager Pattie, she made sure the customers needs were met, explaining all the site policies in detail and she got me into the location swiftly and most of all very professionally. Another perk of this site is the referral program Pattie made me aware of, great way to earn money off your rent!!If it wasn’t for Pattie my car would still be sitting outside for the winter !!! Thanks again Pattie!!!

I’ve had my unit for a little over 2 years. I have no complaints. I was to go in and out of the gate if I needed anything or to put something in my unit. There was always excellent communication about price increases or anything that would affect any service. Definitely one of the best places I’ve had a unit at.

The staff at the Williamsport office were very friendly, helpful, courteous. The units are clean and the grounds are always clean. There is only one draw back. The gate access is from 6am-10pm. Other than that for us it was very convenient. The prices are reasonable.

I went in to start up a storage unit to store some of my stuff. The woman in the office was so nice she took me up to view the unit and it looked great. I started the process of getting a unit and she was so amazing. I highly recommend that if you need a storage unit you use Valley Storage in Williamsport Maryland

I unintentionally showed up at the last minute to sign my new agreement- which I likely would of missed had I not recieved the courtesy call earlier that day from a Mrs. Xaviea. She was beyond polite, very pleasant, and conducted herself in a courteous professional manner---Lets just say she gave more than the perfect example of a "Customer Service" experience. The sort of experience that MOST business's advertise, attempt (if you're lucky), and almost always fall short on. Valley Storage clearly chose the right individual for the position when hiring her.
