This place is amazing I walked in needing a storage unit the were absolutely helpful in getting me one and when they realized I was a veteran they waved the processing fees to help me out on my move my wallet was also thankful. Highly recommend

Everyone was very accommodating and caring in the office. I felt safe to come at night alone because the area is well lit and the unit had a timer light inside. My items were secure and I was able to manage payments and my reservation efficiently online.

Its was a great experience. I got a great deal for the first month. Its was wayyy easier going in person to get a storage unit, I just don’t like doing stuff online haha. The employees were very nice and helpful. The actual storage space is in good condition and well kept. The area is clean and protected my security. Im so happy I was able to finally get a unit so I can get all my extra stuff out of my house to not feel overwhelmed anymore! Thank for your help! The location by the valley mall is nice!

I needed short-term storage and Valley Storage was able to provide a space that fit perfectly. I ended up needing it longer than I originally thought. Although there were several rate increases, the price was still reasonable.

I've been with Valley Storage in Hagerstown for several years. The facility is always clean and I've never had any issues with mice or other unwanted critters. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful when I needed assistance. I'll definately be back if I need another unit.
