I called for general info and spoke with Jen. She was so knowledgeable and with instant info and made the process so easy and quick that I ended up reserving a unit right then. No high pressure whatsoever, she just removed all the red tape and made the process simple. I was so relieved as she lightened my burden. You did not have a sale till I talked to her. This is, hands down, the best storage facility in Washington County! The grounds, as well as storage units, are clean and well kept, the staff members are professional, nice and knowledgeable. All of your items stored are totally secure. Do not go anywhere else for your storage needs. Valley Storage is highly recommended by me!

Used this facility during our move and a few months after. It made things much easier and allowed us to take our time moving in. The facility was great and the staff was amazing. There was even one month that I forgot to pay and instead of flooding me with emails and such I got a personal phone call from a staff member.

I had the most pleasant experience with Patty in securing a new storage unit here. She took me to a unit that was the perfect location and size for me. We went back to the office and competed all the necessary documentation and within about 15 minutes I had my new storage unit. Super sweet Patty was a gem and I appreciated everything that she did to make this a smooth process.The entire facility, both inside and out, are extremely clean. There are numerous climate controlled units with various sizes for whatever your need may be. The property is also very secure with heavy gating and fencing with electronic code access. Your individual storage unit must be secured by your own lock which can also be purchased on-site during regular business hours.I highly recommend Valley Storage.Thank you again Patty for your assistance.
