Valley Storage has acquired additional facilities in Ohio. Valley Storage has purchased three locations from Best Little Warehouse in Elyria and Grafton. The facilities are located on Butternut Ridge in Elyria, on Route 82 and Route 83 in Grafton. The three facilities will be managed from the Butternut Ridge office. In total, the storage facilities have 727 storage units in a variety of sizes to fit every customer’s storage needs. The three stores encompass 110,480 square feet.
The re-branding to “Valley Storage” is visible with new signage on the property and on their new website as well. The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with easy drive-up access. The ability to rent or reserve a storage unit online along with convenient online bill pay is also featured on their website.
Owners, Todd and Tina Snook, are very happy to expand Valley Storage into Ohio. The Snooks already own 16 locations in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Todd says “We are looking forward to being able to serve northern Ohio with even more locations and continuing our high standard of customer service.
The facility is now professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) in York, Pennsylvania; a full service self -storage property management and consulting company.
