Valley Storage Adds Additional Location in Ohio
Valley Storage has acquired another facility to better serve Ohio customers. Valley Storage has bought Fields Store-All, Ltd. The facility is located Lorain Road in North Ridgeville, Ohio. Its unit sizes range from 45 to 1200 square feet, containing 269 drive-up storage units. The facility is conveniently located south of the I-80 and Route 10 junction, making the property easily accessible to nearby residents of North Ridgeville, Elyria, North Olmstead, Avon, Westlake and Middleburg Heights.
The re-branding to “Valley Storage” will be visible with new signage on the property and on their new website as well. The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with easy drive up access. The ability to rent or reserve a storage unit online along with convenient online bill pay is also featured on their website.
Owners, Todd and Tina Snook, are very happy to expand Valley Storage into Ohio. The Snooks already own 15 locations in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Todd says “We are looking forward to being able to service the North Ridgeville community with even more locations and continuing our high standard of customer service.”
The facility is now professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) in York, Pennsylvania; a full service self -storage property management and consulting company.
