Valley Storage expands in Ohio by adding a second location. Gateway Storage is under new management. The facility is located on Gateway Drive in Medina, OH. It is a 29,326 square foot facility, which contains 175 storage units. The facility features temperature controlled storage, drive-up access units, and RV/ Boat parking. The storage property is also co-located with Gateway Records Storage, which includes document storage and shredding services.
The re-branding to “Valley Storage” will be visible with new signage on the property as well as on our website. The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with easy drive up access and outdoor parking spots. It is fully fenced and gated with convenient online bill pay and online reservations.
We are very happy to expand Valley Storage into Ohio. This will be our second location in Ohio, with the first being in North Ridgeville. We are looking forward to being able to service the community with even more locations and continuing our high standard of customer service.
The facility is now professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM), a full service self storage property management and consulting company.
