Valley Storage, a locally owned self-storage company based in Hagerstown, MD, has purchased a property in Dillsburg, PA. The company now has 11 storage facilities in Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The new property was formerly known as CaGe Self Storage, located at 833 West Siddonsburg Road in Dillsburg.
Valley Storage’s new facility is 63,300 square feet containing 395 units. The property also features temperature controlled units, online bill pay and reservation of unit, along with gated access.
Valley Storage prides itself on great customer service and offering a flexible and affordable storage solution for residents and businesses. The first Valley Storage location opened in 1986 in Williamsport, MD. Since then, the company has shown steady growth, buying and building storage properties all over the Valley, and now has over 500,000 square feet of rentable space. Owners, Todd and Tina Snook, are very happy to expand Valley Storage. Todd says “We are looking forward to being able to service an additional community and continuing our high standard of customer service.”
The new property will continued to be managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc based in York, PA. The management company also manages the other 10 Valley locations.
