Valley Storage Co has expanded into Ohio, purchasing the facility formerly called All Secure Storage. The facility is located on Center Ridge Rd in North Ridgeville, OH. It is a 51,300 square foot facility, which contains 410 storage units. The facility is located one mile from the Interstate 480 interchange with Lorain Road, making the property easily accessible not only to nearby residents of North Ridgeville and Avon, but also to other business and communities using the highway.
The re-branding to “Valley Storage” will be visible with new signage on the property and on their new website as well. The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with easy drive up access and outdoor parking spots. It is fully fenced and gated, and offers six different storage sizes ranging from 5×10 up to 10×30. Convenient online bill pay is also featured on their website.
Owners, Todd and Tina Snook, are very happy to expand Valley Storage into Ohio. The Snooks already own nine locations in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virigina. Todd says “We are looking forward to being able to service the community with even more locations and continuing our high standard of customer service.”
The facility is now professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM), a full service self storage property management and consulting company.
